Recipe Development

I work with brands to develop and expand their culinary offerings. This can include recipe ideation and improvement, innovation workshops or consultancy regarding new products.




I run cookery workshops at locations around London. These are ideal for a team building event or special occasion, and can also be held in an office or home. Favourites include home made pasta, chocolate, kombucha and kimchi.

I also teach private 1:1’s. These are always completely personalised and catered to whatever you want to learn. 

Private Chef

I work as a personal chef for clients in the London area. This can be anything from fridge fills and prep cooking, to daily meals and dinner parties or events.

I can work around dietary restrictions and allergies.


Wedding Brownies

Don't want a wedding cake? This is a stunning alternative. Home made brownies displayed with fresh flowers. There are never any left. Brownies can be gluten free or dairy free too.

About Me

Cooking, eating, teaching - I like it all. After 15 years in the industry, I’ve gained a really diverse knowledge base. 

I recently moved back from 3 years in California, where I was teaching and learning at a plant based culinary school.

I offer a wide range of services, from new product development to cookery workshops. I am a highly trained chef, health educator and culinary instructor. I teach private cookery classes as well as at various schools in London.
