I’m into food. Cooking, eating, talking, writing - I like it all. After 15 years in the industry, I’ve gained a really diverse knowledge base. I’m particularly interested in plant based foods, Ayurvedic cuisine and food as medicine.
Last year I moved back from 3 years in California, where I was teaching and learning at a plant based culinary school.
I offer a wide range of services, from new product development to recipe ideation, all in the plant based space. I am a highly trained chef, health educator and culinary instructor. I teach private cookery classes as well as at various schools in London.
I work with brands to develop and expand their offerings within the plant based space. This can include recipe ideation and improvement, innovation workshops or consultancy regarding new products.
I am particularly interested in chocolates, raw foods, plant based alternatives and fermented products.
I run plant focused cookery workshops at locations around London. These are ideal for a team building event or special occasion, and can also be held in an office or home. Favourites include home made pasta, chocolate, kombucha and kimchi.
I teach private 1:1’s. These are completely personalized and always 100% plant based.
I work as a personal chef for clients in the London area. This can be anything from fridge fills and prep cooking, to daily meals and dinner parties or events.
